Research Opportunities
Undergraduate Students
I am interested in mentoring Cornell undergraduates through the research process. Opportunities for independent study (i.e., for course credit) are available during the Fall and Spring semesters to pursue your own research question(s) or to help with research in progress. Check out the Current Research page to learn more about the work I do at the Cornell Lab of Ornithology!
If you are interested in doing research or completing an undergraduate honors thesis, please email me at [email protected] with the following information:
Graduate Students
As a Research Associate, I cannot directly supervise graduate students at Cornell University. However, I am happy to answer any questions you may have about graduate school or potential research collaborations with the Center for Avian Population Studies at the Cornell Lab of Ornithology.
Postdoctoral Scholars
Postdoctoral positions are contingent upon funding. When there are funded opportunities available, I will post them here.
I am also interested in working with postdocs to secure their own funding via fellowship proposals for the Rose Postdoctoral Fellowship Program, the Atkinson Center Postdoctoral Fellowship in Sustainability, the NSF Postdoctoral Fellowship Program, the Smith Conservation Fellowship Program, or any other relevant programs. If you are interested in working together, please email me at [email protected] with a brief description of your research experience and interests, along with your CV.
